Clear description of the problem:
So I use a macro to auto shoot in CS:GO. When I use it I shoot once, have a small delay, then start auto shooting. Is there a way to get rid of this delay?

Re: Macro Delay?
Hi, I presume you mean a simulated keystroke "macro".
In the simkey window there is a repeat delay setting - which is zero by default. Try changing this to 1 or anything > 0 and see if that stops the initial delay (which is the default Windows keypress initial delay that is used when you specify the default of 0).
