How long have you used XMBC?: 2 days
Clear description of the problem: what option do I have to choose to have the following rule work indefinately?:
1)key F2 every 30min and after that
2)key F3 (right click) or every 10sec
2 rules of different timing

Sorry, its not possible to do this with XMBC.
Repeat options work while the button is held down or until the button is next pressed.
To do wat you are trying, I would suggest perhaps some different automation software, like AutoHotkey or EventGhost as its really not in scope for mouse button configuration!
