Select and paste with left button

Clear description of the problem:

Hello, most likely a very simple solution to it, but don't manage to get it to work..
Would like to be able to select a text in Ditto program (https://ditto-cp.sourceforge.io/) with left mouse button and at same time paste the content of the clip in an active window. How should I setup X-Mouse for this ? Meaning I dont' want to have the standard double click to do a paste.

I'm not 100% sure... do you mean that in Ditto, you want a single click to be a double click - that should be possible, setup a profile for the Ditto window and then on that profile, set the left button to be double click (or use simulated keystrokes and {LMB}{LMB} otherwise I'm going to need a little more information.
