Problem when hovering over Start meny/System tray

XMBC Version: v2.18 Beta 11
Windows Version: Win 8.1 x64
Mouse Information (brand/model): HAMA Mirano
Computer Information: Intel i5-3230M @ 2.60GHz, 4GB
Did the problem occur after an upgrade of XMBC or Windows?: no
How long have you used XMBC?: since v2.13
What language and keyboard layout do you use in Windows?: English (US), Bulgarian Phonetic
Clear description of the problem:
There is something strange when I use MB4 and MB5 to change brightness. It's almost the same in both profiles. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't (it sends the commands to the active window eg. excel or browser). I noticed the issue a few Betas ago but I would guess it might be present since you made it possible to combine several processes in one profile
I hope you'd be able to reproduce it, let me know if you need me to do some more tests.
