Scroll emulation not working in Windows 10 "Open with" dialog

In this dialog, regular scroll does work, but scroll emulation doesn't.
While I understand why games and some system windows may not support scroll emulation, this one seems strange.
I wonder if this was intentional or not from Windows developers. Regular UWP apps support emulated scroll.

I hadnt noticed... I'll take a look - there is probably something odd going on that requires the scroll to be sent differently - thats quite common with UWP apps - and this one is especially difficult because it goes away when clicking outside the window -so its not like a normal window!!

I just tried this here with change movement to scroll - and it worked... So is there a particular scroll mode / button its not working with or just change movement to scroll in general?

Tried it again and it works now, for me too.
I guess it was fixed with Windows update (updated Windows 10 to version 1709 just recently).
So it looks like it was version 1703 issue, now fixed.
