Custom Scroll Icon
Is it possible to change the Icon used for the scroll (instead of using the grabber hand with the red crosshair overlay)?

Not right now, you can turn off the cursor (so it does not change) in the general settings tab, but that all for now.
I might consider making a change to allow you to drop in your own icon - but probably not before I have released 2.14 - thats pretty close now, just some bugs to iron out first!
