Scroll wheel button no function

thx for the software!
unfortunately i have difficulties with the wheelbutton.
I'm using Windows 10, the latest 2.12.1 Update and my mouse is the wireless ergonomic CSL.
Prob is that in the Configuration is no detection of scrolling up or down. All other Buttons are "normal" amd easy to config .
There is no "identificaton" when i try it in the Configuration. If i just click the middle button or other button its highlighted - just the wheel to scroll up or down is not highlighted
In Vista i had the same prob at first, there was one simple option in the configuration.
but it seems that i'm to old and forget the right setup
