XBMC recognizing two mouse functions as the same.

Post by RobG »

Hey... I'm using XBMC on my shiny new Lenovo Legion 5 with a Razer Basilisk Ultimate mouse. When I go into settings, XBMC is recognizing mouse wheel up/down (the scroll function) and left/right (the wheel tilt function) as the same thing. Is there a fix for this?

Thanks.

I dont know - does the mouse have its own software to configure the tilt/scroll? Maybe you can change how it sends messages in there.
XMBC just looks for the WM_MOUSEWHEEL (vertical) and VM_MOUSEHWHEEL (horizontal) messages and intercepts them.

Out of interest, without XMBC loaded, does the tilt scroll left right in your average windows app (Edge, Notepad, Word etc?)
