Applicatiopn fails to start...

Some poepl ehave reported a message saying

After installing the redist package Iconoid should work.
If this happens, you probably havn't got the MS C++ runtime ( v8 ) on your machine. As there is no install for Iconoid x64 you will need to ensure you have it by using the microsoft redist package...This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
