Sorry for the late response. I was caught up with other things for few days. The debug log says this (I scrolled up and down once with layer 1 and again with layer 3 with the Mouse Wheel Up/Down set to Disable for layer 1 but not disabled for any other layers. ***************************************...

Yes it highlights them as yellow in the Settings window when I scroll. And yet setting them to "Disable" has no effect with the 1st layer which doesn't use any hotkeys. The other layers do work but since the layer without hotkeys also works, it's not of much use.

I have an Alps touchpad with the latest drivers installed (8.0). I dual boot between Windows 7 64-bit and Windows 8.1 64-bit and the exact same drivers are installed in both OSes. I can only seem to switch/activate between layers using hotkeys. That isn't what I meant. How to make Shift+right click=Middle click. I don't want to intercept regular right click, but only when Shift is held down. I am sorry if I am asking a naive question, but from the user interface it isn't obvi...
