Re: Unable to create process
Its probably a bug in the service launcher. Its designed to work with "program files" so I guess there is a problem there. I will take a look before I release the next version. Incidentally, what is the environment variable %PROGRAMFILES% set to (to find out quickly, open a command prompt ...

Re: Problem
It does sound to me like either your router config is not right, its its not working properly with SNMP. If GetIF cant see anything the I dont know what else to suggest. Sorry, you might like to try the vigor forums (Ive not used a vigore for about 5 years and I cant recall any strange things with t...

Re: Wait time problem for Keystrokes
Hi, Try taking the the <> out... You might also like to use the "send in another thread" option if you have large wait times like 5000, else it will hold up any further mouse input while the delay is processed. I guess I need to either be clearer in the instruction window, or have a verify...

Re: HP Optical 4-Button EW208AA Anying button HELP!
Out of interest, have you tried asking HP? It seems the mouse is sold as "configurable" so it might be an idea to see if they provide any way of configuring it (their own software for example)?
Thanks,
Phil

Re: HP Optical 4-Button EW208AA Anying button HELP!
Does the mouse have its own driver? It probably that the mouse button is not, as far as windows is concerned, a mouse button at all. Windows might see it as a keyboard key (like the browser key found on extended keyboards perhaps). If that is the case, then XMBC will not be able to program it becaus...

Re: Dragging not working as expected.
Much more likely a bug in XMBC than the way it works with windows 7. See also here: http://forums.highrez.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=479 I*t seems the latest version of XMBC may have broken the stickyness somewhat. I've not had a chance to investigate yet, other than a very quick check (and it ap...

Re: Problem
OK in GetIF... .You say the connection is OK - I presume like this: getif.jpg So click the MBrowser tab And Press Start... That should walk the device and show the values for each OID like this... getif2.jpg Are you not seeing anything there? My GetIF crashes not long after pressing start - some inc...

Re: Problem
OK looking at your config, there is nothing obviously wrong. The fact that MRTG gives the wrong info on one device is a worry - are you sure you are using the correct OID's? Have you tried a SNMP walking application, which allows you so see what OID's give what value? Thats how I normally determine ...

Hi, I don't believe anything has changed intentionally. I will have a look and see if I have broken it

Re: F1-F12
Hi, If you use the simulated keystrokes option, on the 4th or 5th button, you should be able to use the combo {f11}{f12} to simulate pressing F11 and F12 almost instantly. There are several options in simulated keystrokes, but I would think you would want to use either "As mouse button is press...

Re: wheel-scroll aborts Microsoft's document explorer
It will indeed remain a mystery. I still cant understand why you would have a problem where I don't, but then this is software and so many things can be different, its almost impossible to cover all bases
At least you have a solution to the crashing right now.
Thanks,
Phil

Re: Button Mous 4 and Mous 5 don't work
Hi, sorry but I dont understand your problem? As for restarting, no you should not need to restart the computer when you install XMBC. You should see a little mouse icon in the system tray. If that is there then it should all be working. If you open the settings screen, when you press button 4 and 5...

Very interesting, thanks for the link.
It looks like that ZWDA may evolve to be a good XMBC replacement

Re: wheel-scroll aborts Microsoft's document explorer
Well I've not found anything specific. But have made many changes in this area recently. I've been holding off on release for a specific issue which has now been resolved (but not as well as I would like). so I hope to release a new version soon - maybe this weekend. That would be worth a try. Also,...
