Yeah, I think I updated it recently. I didn't lose anything, I had my profiles backed up as you suggested, but I just found it strange that the update wiped it all out. I'm an idiot. I forgot to uncheck "run this program as administrator" in the property window. I had checked that in order to be able to launch Xmouse when certificate wasn't being verified. It's all good now!
