Yea, that's ok, but I was wondering about that case where only the 'three dots' are not shown. Could it be because they are different colour . Let's see if someone else will report something similar in some other program.

I think it looks perfect! Now you can see the dots on whatever background since they have black border and light filling. Most certainly making an option for that would be best. The simplest option would be: either show the cursor indicator for 'held'/'chording' or don't change the cursor at all... Otherwise it might get too complicated I think
