I read all new posts on this forum, and when I saw your "I freely admit I could do better if I had time and it was my paid job" I spontaneously reacted. You're right XMBC is not proably used by so many people (yet) to make money on.

I never play with donations but make subscription model, then I'll pay for it for sure. It's very powerful tool and there is no concurrency, so you won't risk users won't understand this decision. I know you want it free as that was your passion to develop it, but now when you don't have time for XM...

So about 3 versions per year in that time for next 5 years. That was probably very basic tool yet

Version 2.8 was from 27th September 2014, while 1.49 was released 15 versions earlier, but there is no date. I guess that could be 2012? Or rather 2013 as you was then still very busy with XMBC than these days.

Wow, big job that translation. That's probably first translation of XMBC UserGuide to other language?

Share how your friend did that, so double and triple click as that's something others asked too, but it's not that easy to implement to XMBC. Maybe that programmer had some brilliant idea that's interesting for Phil.

I think there always should be place for X.XX.1 full version after newest is released. Then you can fix all bugs found in the first month they weren't detected during entire Beta phase.
