Re: XMBC 2.19 Beta
"Right click to select a tag from the menu" ... It may be a bit hard to find for NON-translators :D and when I click the button it does not insert {} and it removes the focus from the text field. However when I hold a key and click {} it inserts the tag of the button. Anyone else has that...

Re: Button chording new options ideas
However, the bug... If I set the right button to "Chording" and in the chord setup, I set the right button to Media MUTE, then if I click and release the right button, I expect MUTE. If I hold the right button but don't click anything else, I expected MUTE when eventually releasing the bu...

Re: XMBC 2.19 Beta
That red area is sensitive. When you click on it (un)ticks boxes without activating Apply button. It is on edge and one pixel outside. On other sides it does not work with cursor, so as should. I tried that on Win7 x64 but it activates the Apply button every time like it should. Tomorrow I'll try o...

Re: XMBC 2.19 Beta
I don't think its relevant (or a clue) to the black background.... I just thought it might give you a hint that in one case the 'XMBC disabled' icon hides the black background however in the other case (when black background and red glow are there) it doesn't hide it. Anyway, as you say, the best w...

Re: XMBC 2.19 Beta
I found new clue: untitled5.JPG If I first enable Debug mode - the red glow appears, after that if I disable XMBC the mouse in the icon becomes darker but the red glow and the black background are still there. Then (while XMBC is disabled) if I disable Debug mode - the icon does not change at all. W...

Re: Newest version doesn't work right with repeat
I did some tests but I don't see anything strange with 'method 6' (which doesn't mean there is no problem). I presume choin uses these settings for some online browser game which makes me think that maybe there is some nasty timing issue which affects the game but nothing else... Or maybe something ...

Re: XMBC 2.19 Beta
I don't know who and when has reported that bug. Can you give me some clues (or a link) to see what exactly is it about and I'll be happy to make some tests

Re: XMBC 2.19 Beta
untitled3.JPG 1. I have the themes/visual effects disabled. When I enable debug logging I see (barely) the red glowing but it still is on the black background. 2. I was thinking it might be something about the 'default' profile... but anyway I found a workaround: {MWUP}{DEL} works fine - deletes an...

Re: XMBC 2.19 Beta
1. On winXP the system tray icon has black (rectangular) background but when I disable XMBC it changes to the grey icon and the black background disappears. I can live with that since it's not a biggie, but anyway I think you should be aware. 2. I've set {DEL} to 'Wheel up' in the default profile. I...

Re: XMBC 2.19 Beta
Thank you for the wishes Phil! I wish all the same to you! Enjoy the last days of the year and don't be too hard on yourself. Sometimes "what you want" and "what's best for you" are completely different things.

Re: XMBC 2.19 Beta
Actually that's maybe a good reason not to have 3 dots, maybe just one (which will get overwritten by the first green dot overlay)!!! I'm gonna say this again just in case you have missed it. Why not make the three points closer to each other so that they all get covered/overwritten by the first gr...

Re: XMBC 2.19 Beta
Have you considered making a background on the layer numbers (with or w/o border e.g. circle or rounded rectangle and maybe different colour for each layer or only 2 different colours for odd and even layers...). That way they will overlay completely and there won't be performance (flicker) issues. ...

Re: XMBC 2.19 Beta
Something's wrong with the layer change indicators on the cursor. I have looping sequence on the RMB: layer 2 -> layer 3 -> layer 4 -> back to layer 2 On beta 13 when changing from layer 3 to layer 4 the '3' didn't vanish and it showed the '4' over it. But after that, when changing from layer 4 to l...

Re: XMBC 2.19 Beta
Like I said before, what mostly matters to me is the functionality (lightweight and intuitive), it doesn't matter what exactly the first shown symbol is, especially when there is an oprion to not see it at all. Phil's already got our opinions and I suggest we stop bothering him about that. Whatevet ...
