Re: XMBC 2.21 Beta
Urm yes I guess there are 35 of them! First question though, was it all OK in 2.20.5 (the last release?) I cant remember making any changes for scroll stuff but its been a while, so worth checking the last release. *IF* its working there, then maybe go through the beta's till it breaks- will help na...

Re: Timed click
I don't think so, XMBC remaps buttons, it does not magically click them just by moving the mouse, sorry. There is one possibility, you can create a profile for an area in a window (not the entire screen) and have XMBC execute a simulated keystroke when the profile is activated. You may need the late...

Re: How I can set double click on middle button = F9 ?
I'm not sure how using layers would help.... I mean you can move to another layer on the first click, but that's all, so you loose the single click mapping (unless maybe you use button held to do different things depending on how long you press the button for). Double click is a "windows" ...

Re: XMBC 2.21 Beta
Don't expect beta 36 will be any different - the only changes in 37 were to do with icons and cursors...
But is .36 is better / working do let me know!

Re: Movement Threshold
The debug log may be useful, particularly along with the rough timestamps the problem happens. It would be good if we can find a common (free) application that suffers too - does it happen when dragging to Explorer? I the chording setup on the default profile or an app specific profile (I wonder if ...

Re: Movement Threshold
Ive noticed this too on the right button which I use for cording... But Ive never been able to understand why it sometimes gets stuck down, and in the beta I spent a lot of time looking at it, to no avail... I don't know if its a timing thing, or something I have missed but I'm still investigation, ...

Re: Movement Threshold
The beta is already available so feel free to try it. It seems the movement in button held is not yet configurable though in the GUI at least so I will have to add that in before release

Re: Movement Threshold
Change movement to scroll is not initiated by move movement, it is initiated by the button press. There is a sensitivity but that controls how reactive it is to movement. The abort chording on movement is now configurable (in the latest beta), I expect that will extend to the abort button held (but ...

Re: Delay Time for Activate on Hover
There is, but its not in the GUI in the current release version - you have to edit the settings XML manually.
It is however in the GUI in the latest beta, in advanced settings, active window on hover delay, and can be adjusted between 1 and 5000ms.

Re: Mouse button or scroll wheel plus Ctrl, Alt or Shift
1. no - not yet, but maybe if I made that change (and the applications honor the setting change on the fly). 2. Advanced window scrolling does not apply to the default profile, but to individual application profiles. In there, you can adjust, per profile (but not when a key is held) the number of in...

Re: Mouse button or scroll wheel plus Ctrl, Alt or Shift
OK I didn't understand your request clearly - so you can ignore my suggestion. I thought you wanted to make the wheel send a CTRL+scroll, rather than you holding CTRL to modify the scroll behavior! When you say "in your case" is that because you have set Windows to scroll in pages instead ...

Re: Middle button which inactivate the MB4
Can only imagine this must be device specific as it does not seem to be a problem with any of my mice... That includes logitech, Microsoft and generic (trust) mice Ive check with here. Just to be sure XMBC is not seeing anything, turn on debug logging (settings -> updates & logging tab) then OK ...

Re: Displaying X-Mouse Layer Number on the Screen
XMBC can control the windows mouse pointer already to do this, but I very much doubt it will ever be able to control games in that way. It knows nothing about the games so unless there is a standard API to do this, I doubt its possible (every game will be different for example). I'm not sure about a...

Re: Mouse button or scroll wheel plus Ctrl, Alt or Shift
I'm not entirely sure if this answers your question, but you can use simulated keys to send a combo of ctrl+wheel up. For example, if you mapped {CTRL}{MWUP} to the mouse wheel up, it would instead of just the normal scroll up, would press CTRL, then send the wheel up (then release ctrl). So that mi...
