Here is 2.21 Beta 37. Changes since 2.21 Beta 36 (above): #869 - Fixed some more issues that could cause XMBC to crash in some circumstances. #868 - Fixed several, particularly in portable mode relating to loading custom cursors from the same folder as the executable. Updated change movement to scro...

Re: Autley Vertical Mouse
You can ask, but I don't know it anyone can answer (I can't, other than to say XMBC works with almost all mice (up to 5 buttons)). A quick search of the forums for "Autley" reveals you are not the first to ask this. Unfortunately no one appears to have tried it, or if they have, they haven...

Re: Doubt - Press simulated key on minimized window
This is not possible. Simulated keys works by sending to the keyboard buffer, so the output of that is directed, by Windows, to the active window. I mean, it could continue sending keys, but they would not go to the game, they would go to what ever screen has focus, no different to if you were press...

Re: Help writing code
Sorry you completely lost me there. Please can you be precises, step by step what you want to achieve (including you actual click)... Like: When I press the mouse button 4: 1. Press F9 2. Release F9 3. Wait a few milliseconds (for example) 4. Press Escape 5. Release escape 9. Press and HOLD the left...

Re: Help writing code
Assuming you don't want this to repeat, or anything fancy, then the following simulated keystrokes should work: Method 1 (When button is pressed) {F9}{ESC}{LMBD}{F9}{ESC}{LMBU} You may need some delays in there eg. {waitms:50} between the keys if its too fast: {F9}{waitms:50}{ESC}{waitms:50}{LMBD}{w...

Re: Simulated keystrokes send method 7 and 8 not availible when using Button held timed actions
Yes it is intentional. because if you are using button held, then it was to prevent you choosing a sticky where it could confict with the button still being held down. But now I'm thinking about it, I cant see why it would not work, at least with the final button held action maybe. But there must ha...

Re: XMBC 2.21 Beta
Here is 2.21 Beta 36. Changes since 2.21 Beta 36 (above): #867 - Fixed several bugs found during debugging, particularly some that cause crashes when resuming from sleep/locked screen. Also fixed some issues with the inactivity timer (mouse jiggler) to prevent sleep/locking (which was not working as...

Re: XMBC 2.21 Beta
Good to hear, of course, if you do notice anything, let me know!
I found the main culprit but also reverted a few of the changes in 34 and did them a bit differently.

Re: Press and hold for 1s, then release
Glad to hear it, it must have been in one of the fixes I have made in the last year (difficult to remember them without searching the change history/differences in detail! )

Re: Press and hold for 1s, then release
That seems to be working here for me in the latest beta, maybe you could try that.
I've also modified the latest so that it will highlight the buttons for injected/simulated button presses (in a different colour (light red)) so it should be more obvious something is going on.

Re: XMBC 2.21 Beta
Here is 2.21 Beta 35. Changes since 2.21 Beta 34 (above): #866 - Highlight injected buttons and timed click action button in a different colour to the chord highlight. #863 - Fixed issues with button chording introduced in beta 34 after changes for #863. While investigating, I found/fixed other rela...

Re: XMBC 2.21 Beta
OK I think I have found/fixed the problem with chording introduced in beta 34.
But as I don't yet have my new certificate (come on Certum!) I will have to wait to build the (beta) release package
Hopefully by Monday it will be available!

Re: XMBC 2.21 Beta
That may be enough to go on for now.... If per tiny chance I get the new certificate tomorrow (not likely), and I steal a little time from *cough* work *cough* (also not likely), then I will have a look tomorrow - else it will have to wait for a while.

Re: XMBC 2.21 Beta
Ahhh OK so in your case, the "unblock if mouse moves" is unticked? That may be relevant because for me its always ticked.. Maybe I missed something and its broken if its NOT ticked.. Thanks, that's good info I think! EDIT: Indeed after un-ticking that box, it is not working as I would expe...

Re: XMBC 2.21 Beta
My bad! Or mine for posting just the little efficient update package rather than the full installer (which includes the x86, x64 versions and the user guider (which is the big bit lol)). Never-mind at least we worked out what went wrong and why - and its not something I have to worry about/look at....
