Re: X-Mouse Button Control is not working with visual studio

Hi, sorry, not idea why its not working with visual studio 2010 for you. It has always worked in visual studio for me since way back when I started it in VS 2002/3. However, I don't currently have VS2010 installed here but its working for me in VS2008, VS2103, 2015 and 2019. Its also working in Sql ...

Re: Need help with a command

Do all those NUM's need to be held down at the same time, or is it press one, release one (whilst holding ALT down)? I guess its the second as you have two Num5's in there. Presume you have tried the obvious {ALT}{NUM0}{NUM1}{NUM5}{NUM1} using "During" method. Maybe {ALT}{PRESS}{NUM0}{RELEASE}{NUM0}...

Re: Idea to make more mouse keys possible

Sorry for not replying.. must have missed this one. Well in theory its possible - but you would be better off using autohotkey to detect those keys and deal with them, as XMBC does not do anything with keys right now (except of course the layer modifier keys) and to be honest, I'd rather work on try...

Re: pdgup and pgdown not working correctly

Hi Taylor, Firstly, if you want to put the link to the web page thats fine (so long as its not dodgy content :)) but new users are not allowed to post links simply because the amount of spam bots I get trying to post links! That restriction goes away after 5 posts or so (but I will manually move you...

Re: Multi Double Click

I guess you need the wait in there because otherwise Windows things its a quadruple click not just two double clicks.
No its not possible to "clear" the mouse buffer - not from XMBC anyway. You may be able to reduce the delay - that will depend on your double click time in Windows settings.

Re: Problemas con la instalación de wireless optical mouse 6 bottons chino en Windows 7

Hi, Does your PC see the USB device attached at all? Does it make any USB connect sound when plugged in? Does it show the device under "Devices and Printers" as a mouse or an unrecognized device? Does it work in other computers? If not then it must be faulty. If it shows up as a "unrecognized device...

Re: Eclipse Back/Forward navigation using mouse buttons

Don't know about plugins for eclipse (I tend to use visual studio most of the time) but can you navigate the history using the keyboard (I do know Eclipse's keyboard shortcuts are pretty extensive and configurable)? If you can, then you can probably setup XMBC to send such keystrokes using simulated...

Re: Is there documentation or a complete list of commands?

Other than the user manual, which is admittedly quite sparse on simulated keys (presume thats what your really talking about) then no not really. The simulated key tags are <almost> all listed in the window itself - but again, not in detail (not enough room for all of that). I guess I need a wiki or...

Re: How to scroll to select all text?

Not really sure this is the right way to go about it, but you could also use {MWUP} or {MWDN} to scroll the text up/down in that sequence (while LMB is pressed)... All seems a bit complex though and getting the positions accurate may be tricky. Why are you doing {MADD} after the MSET? I would have t...

Re: Double clicks and problem with draging on Xmouse.

Also, the profiles in XMBC are supposed to switch automatically, depending on the active (focus) application OR the application under the mouse cursor (this is the whole point of XMBC). Your settings are that the profile should be detected based on the window under the mouse cursor, so XMBC should s...

Re: Double clicks and problem with draging on Xmouse.

OK, I also cant see anything obviously wrong. Are you sure these double clicks ONLY happen when XMBC is running - because 99% of the time, the double clicks are a result of failing physical mouse buttons - the little micro switches effectively get dirty and cause bad contact or button "bounce". If t...

Re: XMBC on/off hotkey problem or my incompetence.

I don't know why you have brought this up here (in a completely off-topic post)??? But I'm not quitting my job any time soon - I would have to sell billions of copies/subs of XMBC to compensate for that. So I won't have more time for XMBC even if people were to pay. So no, not going to happen. I'm r...

Re: Double clicks and problem with draging on Xmouse.

Hi, This is not something I have experienced, so it may be a configuration issue. How do you have your buttons configured? Can you send a screenshot (or better still, save your profile and send me a copy of it (pm or email)). The default logging is minimal so it is pretty useless unless you turn on ...

Re: XMBC on/off hotkey problem or my incompetence.

Not dumb - XMBC is quite complex and can do some complex things - its not all that easy to get your head around (I freely admit I could do better if I had time and it was my paid job :)).

Glad its working anyhow!
