Its easy, just disable the XMouse Launcher service in the system services dialog or MSConfig services tab. XMBC uses a service to make sure it launches with highest available privileges. And there is no need to add any delay.
You can also use XMBC and Logitech SetPoint at the same time. You only have to switch the SetPoint Profile after XMBC starts. This is due to the XMBC speed control. Is it possible to disable that feature?
