My bad (should have started a separate topic) Now i have re-read it and it seems that he is having a different issue than mine.
Yes it was completely blocking any kind of screen-lock or screen-OFF in windows (on an inactivity timer).

Version of the software you are running : 2.18.8.0 A clear description of the problem : Sleep monitor doesn't work, screen lock also doesn't work, I have set screensaver from control panel but somehow nothing is working. Went in to Settings of WIN10 and did troubleshoot for POWER but still nothing....
