Problem accepting XMouse key simulation
Hey Phil, I just came across a problem with the ieRenderer module in the new version of Pegasus Mail (a freeware mailer) that's used to format HTML posts for viewing. It's not accepting simulated keystrokes from XMouse. Here's the response from the developer of that module: David, the problem is tha...

Re: sending key codes
An example with the information that <n> should be decimal would make it clear.

sending key codes
I'd like to send a Left mouse click followed by the browser back/forward key codes only I'm not quite sure what the format should be. MSDN lists the browser forward and back key codes as 0xA6 and 0xA7. So
{LMB}{EXT:A6}?
If so, it doesn't seem to work for me.
Thanks,
David

Re: What mice work with XMBC?
Hi Phil, Yes I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate. I think I've figured out what's going wrong. The horizontal scroll works in IE and firefox ONLY when the Ghost control software loads something called tilt.exe. This must translate whatever native codes the mouse is sending to the proper values but it's n...

Re: What mice work with XMBC?
I just took delivery of a fine Gigabyte M8000x gaming mouse that I wanted to run with x-mouse. Unfortunately the tilt wheel isn't recognized though everything else is. In Firefox and IE the tilt wheel scrolls horizontally just like my Logitech 5 button so it's not clear what the problem might be. Th...

Re: Left/Right Simulated Keys
Solved this one by sending {numlock} before and after the cursor key.

Re: Left/Right Simulated Keys
Yep, in Vista 64 I have to switch off Numlock in order to generate keystrokes for the cursor keys. While not a huge problem it's a bit of a problem that hopefully you'll be able to solve.
Thanks for the program. It's leagues better than Setpoint.
