Re: XMBC fails to respond to wheel/scroll depending on which app is under the mouse cursor
Well, digging a bit more in the Touchpad settings panel, I found that Windows itself allows me to configure 3-finger scrolling to adjust volume, so I can use that and won't need to use XMBC for this after all. I tried running XMBC as Admin as you said, but that made no difference on the outcome. BTW...

Re: Kensington Slimblade now works (needs TrackballWorks)
Well, I spoke too soon; this is not working well. When using TrackballWorks, sometimes (inconsistently) button 4 acts as "Back" in addition to whatever action I have programmed in X-Mouse. In my case I have it programmed to be "Middle click". It's really annoying now that when I ...

Kensington Slimblade now works (needs TrackballWorks)
I just got a Kensington Slimblade Trackball, hoping that the scrolling would be smoother and the lower profile more ergonomic than with the Expert Mouse I've used for a few years. When I first plugged it in, only the lower 2 buttons worked - the others had no effect whatsoever, and couldn't be remap...

Quick Disable feature?
Could you include a "disable" option in the tray icon menu? Given that it is not possible to selectively remap events based on the device they are coming from, a disable option would allow me to quickly enable or disable XMBC when I start using a different mouse. For example, when I dock m...

Re: What mice work with XMBC?
Also works with Wacom Bamboo Fun tablet/pen. X-Mouse receives events after they are processed/mapped by the Pen Tablet driver. * Detects and remaps presses of the pen against the tablet and the pen side buttons (if they are mapped to mouse buttons in the Pen Tablet control panel) * Detects (as mouse...

Re: What mice work with XMBC?
Works great with Kensington Expert Mouse (K64325).
* 4 buttons and scroll ring work as expected.

Selectively remap with multiple mice?
I have a 4-button Kensington Expert Mouse trackball as well as a Wacom pen tablet connected to my computer. I like X-Mouse Button Control because it lets me remap my Expert Mouse buttons on Vista, where the Kensington driver isn't supported and doesn't work very well for me. However, I don't want X-...
