Windows Version: 10
Mouse Information (brand/model): Trust GXT RANOO
Relevant Computer Information (CPU, RAM etc):
Did the problem occur after an upgrade of XMBC? (If so, from what version?): no
Did the problem occur after a Windows update/upgrade? (If so, from what version?): no
How long have you used XMBC?: just downloaded
What language and keyboard layout do you use in Windows?:

Hi, i bought a mouse thats not programmable. i have 3 side buttons, they are defaulted as ctrl, forwards, backwards.
i can program the forwards and backwards but not the ctrl. when i click it no line is highlighted yellow. Please may i have some help.

Sorry, XMBC can only remap the 5 buttons that Windows sees and recognizes as it uses Windows mouse hook API. This button that sends CTRL is not standard and is not sending a mouse button so XMBC can no see it and can not remap it.
