XMBC Version: 2.18.1
Windows Version: Win10 Pro 1803 Build 17134.345
Mouse Information (brand/model): Logitech M-U0007
Computer Information: Designed for CAD/CAM NVIDIA Quadro P4000
Did the problem occur after an upgrade of XMBC or Windows?: Don't know, new PC
How long have you used XMBC?: For years
What language and keyboard layout do you use in Windows?: German
Clear description of the problem:
I have a problem with the application "SURFCAM6 64bit Build 136".
XMBC works well with that application except if enable "Active window on hover".
After that the application did not recognize the keyboard shortcuts like CTRL-7 or ALT-SHIFT-D.
Any ideas are welcome.
Best regards, Andreas Killer

Re: "Active window on hover" issue
Hi, not sure why its not recognising - perhaps the wrong window is getting the activate command (there maybe a window inside a window thats causing confusion). I will have to try this program and see if I can reproduce it and find a work around.
Im on holiday right now so I cant d anything until next week. Nudge me if you dont hear anything by the end of next week.
Thanks,
Phil

Re: "Active window on hover" issue
Hi Phil,
take your time and enjoy your holidays, I'm not in a hurry, I'm also on vacation from 15. Feb till 3. March.
AFAIK you can download a free trail copy of Surfcam here:
http://traditional.surfcam.com/surfcamdownloads
If you try the application you can use the default shortcuts CTRL-1, CTRL-2 and so on till CTRL-9 to change the view and you should see that the coordinate system symbol rotating.
Thank you for dealing with my problem.

Re: "Active window on hover" issue
Arghhh.. Ive spent all afternoon on this.. and I cant figure out why it does not work...
I have made it better and now it works sometimes (50%) but I can figure out what it only works some times and not everytime.
Ive tried all sorts of way to activate the window (or its parent) and nothing is reliable
