button 4 and 5 for volume

Post by Usernam » Tue Jan 23, 2018 1:08 pm

Hi!

I have Win10 x64, last XMBC.

I use button 4 for volume down and 5 for volume up.
The problem is that when I press button volume increase\decrease for 2%, it's slow :(

How can I solve that problem? 4-6% for one press.
And maybe MUTE for triple button 4.

Thank you!

You could use Simulated keystrokes and then {VOL+}{VOL+}{VOL+}/{VOL-}{VOL-}{VOL-} (repeat as many times as you need.
You cant do anything with triple buttons (or double buttons). The best you could do (in 2.17) is button held actions (if you hold the button down for longer than Xms it can perform a different action like Mute.

Its work good! Thank you!
And one more question - how to make two activities for one button without switching layers?
I need button 4 one push is {VOL-}{VOL-}{VOL-} and Button Held is Mute. Is it possible?

It is possible in 2.17 using the new "Button Held" option where you can define a different action(s up to 3) depending on how long you hold the button for.
