making X-mouse profile load with windows

Post by capnbirdseye » Mon Jan 15, 2018 10:51 am

For some reason X-mouse no longer loads with windows (7) as it did before so I have to click to load my profile, I can't seem to find where to turn that option on now either

What exactly do you mean?
Do you mean XMBC is not loading, or XMBC is loading but it is not loading a specific profile within XMBC?

If XMBC is not loading at start up then...
Maybe you (or someone/thing) have disabled the auto-start or something (its don in the registry - use MSConfig on Windows 7 so see/disable/enable startup items)... There is no option withing XMBC itself (because it uses local machine settings which the average user does not have permission to change unless running as admin etc.). You can always re-run the installer - that should fix it too!

If XMBC is loading, but not opening the correct XMBC profile, then...
There is no option in XMBC to load a specific profile - If you load a profile in XMBC, it "remembers" it (in your user's registry settings) and uses that next time XMBC starts up.
