It works FINE FOR ME on my Windows 7 32bit machine that I'm using RIGHT NOW.

The "RemoveMouseHook: Unable to remove low level mouse hook" is interesting. That suggest something has gone wrong hooking the mouse in the first place. Have you got any other mouse hooking software installed?

I see you using portable mode (did you intend to do this?).... Does it work in non-portable mode?

How are you running XMBC - from the log it looks like your not using the service autostart, but starting it some other way - double clicking the exe? using the installed start menu shortcut?

Can you try running it as administrator and see if that makes any difference?

Thanks,
Phil

I dont think so,right now in my tray is only AIMP audio player, with support of global keys like Winamp has...
And its all. Pretty clean windows.

I have a standart gamepad plugged on and Ipod 160GB via USB 1.0 and 2.0.

Weather you know it or not, the log clearly stats your using portable mode...

Code: Select all

27-10-2009 15:02:32> Automatically enabling portable mode, using settings file 'C:\PROGRA~1\HIGHRE~1\X-MOUS~1\XMBCSettings.xml'
This may point to an error because it should only do that if it detects it running outside of the usual installation folder OR if you tell it to via a command line switch.

However, I don't think it explains the problem you have reported :( That one I cant understand.

Apart from the fact that there is clearly a bug in the logging,

Code: Select all

Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 2
that really does not give me any more info. Your getting the same error - but at least its not running in portable mode now (strange that one!).

NOTE: After you get

Code: Select all

RemoveMouseHook: Unable to remove low level mouse hook
Im not surprised it does not work. What cofuses me if why you get that message logged (ie. why it fails to release its hook).

I PM'd you with a like to the latest beta for you to try.
I'm busy this evening so this will probably be my last reply today.

Thanks,
Phil

Man maybe should i try to look in my services, maybe XBMC service is fail to start?
what is the name of service?

Maybe your program is using some registry settings?
because two weeks ago i used - registry cleaner/defrag

What else can cause this error?
RemoveMouseHook: Unable to remove low level mouse hook
