Initial wait {wait:x or waitms:x} ignored when layer switch added {layer:x}

Set button to {wait:5}1 and there is a five second delay before 1 is pressed. Change button to {wait:5}1{layer:x) and now 1 is pressed immediately.

Odd... I'll take a look. What version of XMBC? 2.16.1 OR 2.17 Beta?

Yes confirmed, I will fix it in the next beta (today probably).
