Multi Mouse Support

Post by Mordan » Fri Apr 07, 2017 6:37 pm

Hello,

I was looking for a Windows driver that support multiple mouses on 1 computer.

I found http://www.eithermouse.com/. I provide the link to show you that it exists. Actually there are many other options. EDIT: It doesn't really work as intended. The mouse settings can be set independantly but it is still the same pointer. You cannot move them simultaneously.

But then I remembered that I had used X Mouse Button Control positively in the past.

It doesn't seem X Mouse Button Control supports this feature. Could it be a possible future feature?

Could you also create the laptop trackpad as a separate mouse pointer.

The rationale for this is to be able to use Android multi touch on emulators. Use 2 mouses :)

Cheers

Mord.

No, XMBC does not support this, nor can it.
As it says somewhere in the FAQ, XMBC simply remaps windows mouse messages and they are device independent - as in there is no device identification in there.

Sorry,
Phil
