Official support for Windows 10 PC

Post by Mancerrss » Sat Jul 04, 2015 12:50 pm

I tried to installed the XMBC in Windows 10 without the official compability so I'm having issues on only on scrolling on some universal apps, especially on Edge. But with key binding it's all normal.

I hope this will be fixed

Maybe you could describe the issues your having with scrolling in a little more detail so I can have a look.
I dont have windows 10 on my development PC yet, only my surface pro 2 and virtual machines so its a little difficult to debug these things - but dont worry, I will be using windows 10 on my dev PC pretty soon and that means the chances are I will be able to fix these issues - although it took a while to get it working properly in Win 8.1 so no promises!

Please give 2.11 Beta 8 a try on Windows 10 and see if that helps at all.
You can find it in the beta forum topic (here)

Thanks,
Phil

Thank you! Mouse wheel is working for MS Edge in Windows 10 now. The beta fixed it.
