Re: loosing clickability Foobar2000+FFportable

Ive removed the "fix" for foobar2000 in 2.18 Beta 8 - I don't think its needed anymore and I think it might be causing this problem, rather than "fixing" it...

Let me know if it makes any difference once I release the beta.

Re: How press and hold this button down for some time ?

Is it possible to do something like this: {press}{***}{hold it down few sek.}{release}{***} where *** mean CTRL or ALT or SHIFT or any letter So this is a different question - but Its complicated... CTRL, ALT, SHIFT keys are flags sent along with other keys, so you can't currently press ctrl/alt/sh...

Re: Inverted scrolling not working for M$ applications when in focus

OK I think I know what is going on.... XMBC Portable runs in user integrity mode - and is unable to send messages to elevated windows or windows running at a higher integrity level (unless you run as administrator). Thats OK/Acceptable (well I cant do anything about that at least) but there is a bug...

Re: How press and hold this button down for some time ?

Urm, this could be tricky, because {rmb} will press and release the button... You could try {press}{rmb}{waitms:1000}{release}{rmb} but I'm not 100% sure it will work - cant test it now as Im out!

Re: How press and hold this button down for some time ?

Hi,

In the main button configuration dropdown, try choosing "Task view" right under ALT+TAB. This opens the alt+tab task view and alllows you to point and click at the small window you want to activate.

Does that do what you want?

Re: X-Mouse Not Working

That's interesting... can you send me the debug log (via PM or email) Without looking, it sounds like something else is hooking the mouse messages and getting to them before XMBC does.... Thats going to be difficult to diagnose (as there is nothing in Windows that lets you see what has "hooked" into...

Re: Redragon mammoth mouse help me?

Not many, you may have had more luck posting in the XMBC forum which is frequented more by mouse users rather than other stuff but you are also asking a question that most people (including myself) are not going to know the answer to (which is why I didn't reply!).

Re: 'Delay between simulated keystrokes' as separate option for individual layers.

I agree, it is logical, but as you see it is not like it is supposed to be. For some reason there is difference. I fail to see what 2ms difference can make - especially as the delay code is NO WAY accurate enough to distinguish between 7 and 9 ms in Windows user level. I wonder if something ELSE is...

Re: 'Delay between simulated keystrokes' as separate option individual layers.

This delay should be nothing to do with the mouse device...
Its to do with how windows and your programs responds to injected keys (and maybe inject mouse buttons).

Re: X-Mouse Not Working

Whats changed? What version of XMBC (now and previously)? What version of Windows? What reason you didn't provide basic the information requested in the posting rules? Any errors in the log file? Some debug log file would be good to see here... Turn on debug logging and capture the problem (press so...

Re: Smoothing

Hi, it is not something I have considered, but unfortunately its not something that I think csan be done reliably in XMBC. You seem XMBC also uses global mouse hooks, and it is not possible to modify the messages in there, only to intercept and throw them away and inject new messages. This is likely...

Re: Mouse Sensativity Problem

Thanks for the updated info. As I said yesterday, I can't think of anything in XMBC that could cause this except for maybe some performance issues that have been found in 2.17 (the latest released version). I have made quite a few changes to improve performance in the latest 2.18 beta so that is wor...
