Re: Feature Request:Basic Gestures

+1 for gestures, but if it is too complicated for now - maybe only basic chording like: fast left then right -> simulated keys -> next page in history fast right then left -> smulated keys -> previous page in history. Normally I would use Rocker FF for Firefox, but that one stopped working in new FF...

Re: Firefox took over XMBC keys

Strange, but deactivating and activating XMBC helped here. It looks like some old bug where it had happening more often.
I will observe this and let you know.

Firefox took over XMBC keys

I have Logitech MX Anywhere II, and side buttons set to volume up/down. From some version of Firefox (I guess 59?) it took over those to back/forward, and my volume setting is not working. I tried to create profile for Firefox window, and I've copied all actions there, but nothing.

Re: XMBC 2.11 Beta

OK so try 2.11 beta 9 and turn on "De-bounce (ignore) rapid mouse clicks" in advanced settings. Play around with the time (default 50ms) and let me know if it helps with your dodgy mouse buttons :) Thanks, Phil Thanks, I'm playing with it now, trying to set the best timing. One small suggestion: Pl...

Re: XMBC 2.11 Beta

Hi Phil! I have that famous Logitech MX Anwhere (v1) - and it started doubleclicking because of faulty microswitch. I'm now on business trip in South Africa and I'm unable to change this switch for 2 months more, when I'm back in Poland again. So, please try to detect accidental doubleclicks and add...

Re: Input indicator forced on with XMBC?

I can disable it in current session, but 8.1 has annoying "feature", or rather "bug", that after reboot, if service is called (in this example by XMBC), it returns to the taskbar. But thanks for clarification

Input indicator forced on with XMBC?

I noticed, that after installation of XMBC on fresh Windows 8.1, it's input indicator (switching languages) is forced to appear on the notification area of the taskbar. So after every login I have to turn it off from appearing there. It's annoying. Could you please investigate it?

XMBC sometimes deactivates itself

It's still working as application in background. But actions don't. I have to deactivate it and activate again and then it is working again. Windows 8, real machine. Beta9 of your app.

Re: VMware Workstation

For unknown reasons (maybe some updates on host system - Windows 8), scroll wheel stopped working in VMware guest OS (Windows 8.1). I did separate profile for vmware-vmx, and basic functions are working, like buttons 1 and 3, but following actions don't: - scrolling up/down - tilt right/left They ar...

Re: Push and hold...

Ok, according to my previous post I just want you to know that this trick does it's job. So, adding profile for VMware-vmx and then turn off all actions, then install XMBC inside VM and reassign all actions work! Now my foobar2000 doesn't change tracks when I push side +/- buttons, but instead of th...

Re: Push and hold...

One another thing: under virtual machine my mouse behaves differently, so my volume changes and something is inserted into machine also. Should I install XMouse also in virtual machine? Which one instance has a priority? For now, even if virtual machine is focused and fullscreened, host system captu...

Re: Push and hold...

Because its configured to send the volume up on mouse button release?! If you want push and hold (repeat) functions then you will have to use simulated keystrokes. Select simulated keystrokes in the dropdown, in the input field type {VOL+} or {VOL-} and in the dropdown select method 6 Thanks, Phil ...

Push and hold...

I set up Volume Up/Down to my side buttons in Logitech MX Anywhere. It's working but... One click
is one volume step up/down. When I push the button and hold, it doesn't keep changing volume. It goes one
step and does nothing then. Why?
