Re: First i send you a Big thank's ! (But i have a question)

How and where did you install XMBC - or are you using the portable version? I ask because to send keys to elevated windows, you need XMBC to be running as an accessibility tool and for that it needs to be installed under the c:\program files\ folder. If its not installed there, then it wont work as ...

Yes, I know and understand the problem.
I think I have fixed it, Im just chasing another (unrelated) bug before I make another release.

Re: Paste content of clipboard using a mouse click (no Ctrl-V)

I would say use the paste option in the drop down, but that also just sends a CTRL+V. The problem is, I don't think XMBC can not tell the target program to paste from the clipboard (without using the standard keyboard shortcuts) so I think you may be out of luck with this one - that is, I don't thin...

Re: Using Scroll Wheel in Bookmarks

OK good - that means it will be fixed in the next version - its a chrome specific window class issue (that is, xmbc has built in rules for scrolling specific window classes) so if chrome rename their window classes then it will break the fix (maybe that is what happened since it last worked).

Re: How I can set double click on middle button = F9 ?

Would that really work? It would be a little easier but I think for the majority it would be pretty useless. If the first press did action one, prior to the second click doing action 2 and the third click doing action 3 (assuming they are all withing the required time for double/triple click).... wh...

Re: Mouse wheel in older programs

Hi, as promised, I'm back and I will try and answer your question. I say try, because its an odd one that I'm not really sure I know the answer! 1. Firstly, are we talking about the vertical scroll wheel or is there another wheel? 2. Is the mouse connected by USB or PS2? 3. What driver are you curre...

Re: Assigning mouse button 4-5 to page down

Does the {PGDN}/{PGUP} work in non-game applications (like notepad/word/browser etc.)?
Do any other simulated keys work in game?

I suspect this may be a case of the game blocking simulated input (in which case there is little that I can do about it).

Re: Side button 4,5 programming problems Firefox, Chrome

I'm struggling to find a video on WatchESPN that responds to the keyboard arrow keys... I'm in the UK so I may not have access to the content you (although I can see some videos on the WatchESPN website) describe - are there any links you can provide that I can try? Maybe on another site that works ...

Re: Next/previous window

Hi Dan, The next/previous window options in XMBC simply execute the Windows hot-key ALT+ESC (next window) and ALT+SHIFT+ESC (previous window) so if they are not doing what you expect, I'm afraid that's a Windows bug and not an XMBC one. For XMBC to do this itself would be a hell of a lot of complexi...

Re: [Issues/REQ] Mouse Sense & Sim-key issues, No Scroll-lock key & Two REQs

Hi, 1. Yes I can probably add an option to completely disable all speed changes (but I would also like to try and reproduce the problem and understand why it is doing this - I presume this is new in 2.18.x?). 2. Urrr... trying to get my head around this one.. Sim keys run in a separate thread so the...

Re: Using Scroll Wheel in Bookmarks

Hi, OK, please can you tell me exactly which bookmark view in chrome? So you mean the menu or the bookmark manager (CTRL+SHIFT+O) or something else? I find that the bookmark menu can not be scrolled unless I hold CTRL down (so I expect this is what you mean) but it didn't work in the previous versio...

OK the same problem exists in 2.17 for me.
Anyway I have figured out the problem and fixed it - it will be in the next release.

Re: Switching tabs in Chrome requires mouse to slightly move for scroll to work

OK this makes some sense, because until you move the mouse, it does not detect the "window under the cursor" so when scrolling it is probably sending/redirecting the scroll message to the wrong (previous) window. I will have a look and see if I can fix it (because using the keyboard alt+tab also run...
