There is a lot more to worry about in this world at the moment than a few warnings in a log file (especially incorrect ones :)).

Re: bug or my issue, xmouse change my windows mouse settings

The normal log is pretty useless - to get anything useful, turn on debug logging in the logging and updates tab... Then exit XMBC and reproduce. NOTE: This setting will turn off when you re-load XMBC - as in the debug setting does not persist across restarts - you can launch XMBC with the /Debug co...

xmouse doesn't restore my windows settings

Oh sorry, you are right - I don't generally build a portable package for the beta. However, the content is actually the same, if you download the installer and install it (temporarily) you can then copy the .EXE and two .DLL files from the installation folder over the portable files on your USB sti...

Re: bug or my issue, xmouse change my windows mouse settings

Yes it will be released soon - I have been waiting a few weeks for feedback on one issue that someone has reported in 2.18.x which no one can reproduce - so I probably wont wait much longer as other than that its pretty much good to go - so if you still have this issue in there it would be good to ...

Re: bug or my issue, xmouse change my windows mouse settings

Hi, XMBC does change this Windows setting - that is the point - but it should also change it back again when the profile is not active and/or XMBC is closed. I believe there have been a few fixes in this area already for 2.19 with is imminent but if you would like to try the beta (find it on the be...

Re: update resets and request more buttons pushed together

On the one where you said... i did what have you suggested and i can get almost my task So close but not quite there. Is that because you want to do it globally for the monitor, regardless of the window? I didn't realize you had asked before :) Regarding shutdown - no no such options in XMBC but no...

Re: update resets and request more buttons pushed together

Regarding the mission control thing... I'm not sure if this is what you mean You can already specify WINDOW REGIONS (top left, bottom right or a user defined rectangle) for a profile so one window can be divided into multiple areas and have different button mappings in each area. Thanks, Phil hi Ph...

Re: update resets and request more buttons pushed together

Not off topic - yay :) Re-doing the website is a nice idea but something that not really my main skill set and its not something I want to spend any money on... Perhaps its an area that could be user contributed! I think the main XMBC website could certainly do with some updates - its been a while ...

Re: update resets and request more buttons pushed together

1. Yes that is where windows stores all its mouse settings. XMBC does change some of those.. the scroll speed and the cursor speed and maybe one or two others but when you exit XMBC,. it should put them back to what they were when it loaded. XMBC can change the values on the fly (as you hover over ...

Re: update resets and request more buttons pushed together

1. Windows does but XMBC does not. It uses an XML settings file (more portable than the registry). 2. Look at Button Chording - it has this sort of behavior. 3. Yes that's normal - if you want to use hotkeys or layer keys you a) need to turn them on and b) define the keys you want to use. 4. Im not...

Re: can i activate monitor power saving clicking on the left or right corner?

That is odd, XMBC should change the setting when the active profile changes. Some windows don't respond to the broadcast message telling them that system settings have changed - maybe that's what happens here (for the lines to scroll at least)... IF the problem continues, turn on debug logging and ...
