Re: Button chording new options ideas

Right now, the chord will only be activated after another button is pressed, so no matter how long you hold the right button Then how it's called that state when I hold the button and have a gray plus? I'm talking about this. if you don't move the mouse or press another button the default action wi...

Re: Button chording new options ideas

I realized that the second point can't be made, cuz everything that was pressed must be realised or the cursor gets stuck. In first I would like an effect when I disable the main action for the chord button that context menu wouldn't bother me when I release that button after holding, but stil...

Re: XMBC 2.19 Beta

It's not a big deal for me especially after changing cursor it works properly. Both cursors are practically the same so that's why I haven't change it the first place with the rest of the cursors. Though after closer investigation the default cursor is positioned on the bottom right and mine is on t...

Re: XMBC 2.19 Beta

I'm sorry, but I noticed that overlay is in strange position with hand cursor. :? hand dots.jpg hand green.jpg hand green 3.jpg hand red.jpg hand lay.jpg And btw for the hand cursor I use the default one, so it's not my fault this time. Edit: Though I changed the hand cursor for the custom one...

Re: XMBC 2.19 Beta

Nothing chosen is the same as unticked... Not particually strange... just the way list boxes work when nothing in the list is selected... (nothing is NOT in the list). I'm just saying that if there were an empty option I could just choose it and issue would be fixed. And how did you appear he...

Re: XMBC 2.19 Beta

Seems to be fixed, but another bug came out. If in option change mouse cursor when profile is active something was chosen then option still works even if unticked. It makes also some overlays to appear wrongly or stay with some cursors like text one. Btw it's strange that by default there's nothing ...

Re: Button chording new options ideas

It would be just easier if Phil told what he doesn't understand and I'll try to explain it with mixing text and images like in beta topic. :P

You are probably lazy like me, but I would understand everything better with some quick images you can make to illustrate your vision. Perhaps Phil understands you well but my imagination fails this time a little.
I don't really know how to do that.
Isn't that clear enough?

Re: Button chording new options ideas

So basically delay chording activation for some time - WHY, what is the point? I have written precisily what effect I want to have, read carefully: E.g. when I set chording in right click in browser profile. I would like to have context menu when I normally click right mouse button and don't see gr...

Button chording new options ideas

Besides adding button held to chording menu I have two more ideas: First is to start chording not immediately, but after some time (e.g. 500ms) while holding. It could be accomplish to add chording to held menu, but I guess it could get too messy. It could just get a new option to set after what tim...

Re: XMBC 2.19 Beta

Now the cursor vanishes. 🤦??? I'm reverting to beta 13. Two other problems has been fixed though. everyone can see that - its at the bottom of the main forum page (for all users not just me) :)). I don't visit that page. I need to see this "skinny" cursor too because I'm not seeing it or maybe...

Re: Hold <shift> to change scroll wheel to left/right

I use it and it works at some places, but only with left shift, right shift doesn't have any effect to change layer. Chrome like IrfanView allows to scroll horizontally with any shift held. Unfortunately Office apps don't see tilting. Phil, while you have tilts in your mose, test if normal tilting w...

Re: XMBC 2.19 Beta

I don't use shadow for cursor too, and I didn't know something like it exists. Shadows are enabled by default in Windows, so if you haven't disabled them then probably they are turned on and you haven't noticed. Problem started when extra icons came with some of lastest Beta's, but what is weird I ...

Re: XMBC 2.19 Beta

Question about shadowed cursor and Phil's Answer answer . I don't use shadows. Nevertheless I noticed it looks better on dark background, but on light it's skinny and ugly. I understand not everyone likes the same, but that circle was terrible for my eyes. I proposed something tiny, like little poi...
